Alex Shkreli is simply amazing!!! I expressed interest in a car 3 weeks ago. He took me seriously and answered all of my questions- even though I am 1150 miles away in Memphis, TN. While I decided on whether or not to buy a car, he didn't pressure me at all. He sent me an email to let me know he was available for me at any time! I continued to monitor their website and as prices dropped on certified pre-owned ACURA TLX's, I became more motivated to buy! I started calling Alex and he kept answering EACH time. To make a long story short, he went over and beyond to put me in my dream car- and at a monthly payment that allows me to sleep at night. He assisted me with finding an auto transport company when I almost gave up due to frustration. He sent me photos of my car after the sale was completed! Even after it was delivered to me, I called him in a panic when the Auto idle feature kicked in. He immediately told me what to do in a calm manner. I would give Alex 10 stars if I could!! Give this man a bonus because he deserves it! He truly went OVER and BEYOND for me!! I love the professionalism and compassion, along with the well maintained, affordable luxury vehicles that this dealership sells. I could never find a deal on an Acura like this here. Very welcoming , attentive, understanding, polite, and passionate about what he does. The exact representation of what is needed when making big decisions in buying a car. Everyone I met here was great, they made it such an easy and fast process to get into a new car that I liked as well as making sure we stayed within budget. They even found me the car I wanted and brought it over from another dealership instead of just telling me they didn’t have it. Theo was eager to get me into a car asap before a surgery so I didn’t have to worry about any of this after, all while not being pushy what so ever!!!! Everyone answered any of my questions without going around the actual answer! They erased my stigma I have for car salesmen/women for sure, not one of them pushed anything onto me and I love that.
