Wait times are a bit lengthy

The service advisor took the time to explain everything clearly and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary work, which I really appreciate. The waiting area was spotless and comfortable, with free coffee, snacks, and Wi-Fi. Overall, it was one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had.

I am happy to say my recent experience at Bedford Hills HONDA was once again a success. I am a long time customer and have come to rely on their high quality team to the job done. I worked with sales associate Hakeem and finance manager Harris. Hakeem was very knowledgeable, competent, thorough, communicative and committed to making the deal a win-win. Hakeem was gracious, good natured, and understood my needs and took care of everything so all I had to do was sign and drive away in my new car.
